Shipping Information


Shipping to the contiguous United States is FREE for all area rugs and free pads. Most rugs take between 7 to 10 working days to arrive. If your rug is back ordered, we will contact you by phone or email. Delivery of braided and custom rugs will take 3 to 4 weeks. AW Rugs & Carpet ships its packages with UPS and FedEx ground services.

Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will incur an additional charge of $70 per package for all rugs 6' x 9' and under, $140 per package for rugs between 6' x 9' and 10' x 12' and $300 for all items larger than 10' x 12'. A shipping charge will also be added to your order for any promotional items such as a free pad, runner or scatter rug.

Canada

Orders shipped to Canada will incur an additional charge of $70 per package for all rugs 6' x 9' and under, $140 per package for rugs between 6' x 9' and 10' x 12', and $300 for all items larger than 10' x 12'. The customer is responsible for all taxes and customs fees. A shipping charge will also be added to your order for any promotional items such as a free pad, runner or scatter rug.



Returns Policy

AW Rugs & Carpet stands behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days after receiving the merchandise and we will exchange it, give you store credit or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. Personalized and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered.
We recommend that packages be sent back to us with UPS or FedEx Ground or any other carrier that can track and insure its packages. You are responsible for damages caused to merchandise by the carrier on the way back to our warehouse. Please be sure to insure the packages for full amount. Make sure to call or email us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. You are responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouse. We do not accept rugs that have been damaged or soiled. No refunds after 30 days.

BEFORE RETURNING A RUG PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. MAKE SURE TO AFFIX THE RA# TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. RUGS RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AND SENT BACK TO THE SENDER.
