Personalized and custom-made items are, unfortunately, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will be happy to provide a replacement of the item you ordered.
- Please request a Return Authorization Number by calling 1-877-477-5825 or by using our contact form.
- Attach the Return Authorization Number (RA#) to the item wrapped in its original packaging (or equivalent) and use a traceable courier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and email us the Tracking Number.
- Returned item must not be soiled, damaged or appear used in which case a 20% deduction may apply.
- Unless the product is damaged or wrong item is sent, customer is responsible for the shipping charge back to our warehouse.
